I made a one time purchase last year, was careful not to subscribe to any recurring payments or marketing emails, but BOTH these things happened! The unsibscribe links in their spam didn't even work, so i had to call them. Then, months later I find a recurring payment charge from them. I absolutely never agreed to any recurring payment, yet they tried to blame me! There is obviously some dodgy technical stuff going on, and from talking to their chat agent it's clear they aren't interested in fixing any of it. I'm just glad I was able to get my money back.
