They said they couldn't find my tracking number in the system? Then I started reading other people's reviews, and most of them who got a response from Sammy Dress all say that Sammy Dress can't find their order in the system. SUCH A SCAM

Just recently started dealing with them before Christmas, signed up for Prime with the intention of canceling it before my one month free trial is us.

First of all, I have heard that it is overpriced. My thoughts on that are that you have to do your own price checking, like anywhere. I received my products free of shipping and within the 2 days promised! I did 5 seperate orders and had a problem with none of them! I do have to return a few things, 2 were gifts for my sister that she didn't want(my bad) and also I ordered a French version of a car that clearly stated French. Should have ordered the Canadian version (my bad). In this case the consumer is responsible for the shipping and return product, which is cleRly stated in their rules. I called ahead and explained the situation and they were more than happy to give me very nice reduced shipping cost! Like WOW! Who doe that! Amazon.Ca does! Highly recommend this company hands down!

Finally got my 3 bags after waiting one month. They were out of one so they just took it upon themselves to send me one in the same color, however, it's an ugly style. As for them overcharging me, they tell me it is is US dollars, however, when I ordered them I was under the Canadian pricing and it still does not equal out to what it should be. I have sent them a 9 th email now, let's see if I get a response, the only response was from manager apologing for the delay because they. We're so busy. I was inquiring about my tracking number which the had provided me and didn't work. Her email response was that it must not have been from her company then? Really? So anyways I finally got them, I do have to admit the black one looks nice, port quality but it looks ok. The other two are not the colors not the style I ordered. I think life is too short to start this all over again with them. I think I will just let this one be. But I have learnt a very valuable lesson. I usually always look at consumer reviews, however, couldn't on this one because of the fact that they shut down the doors of their old company and rapped this one. So always in addition to checking out reviews Google the company name and scam site. They are Very good at compiling information and will let you know if they are a high risk company and so on. I was aware that they were by no means real Michael Kors bags but Hey Atleast I got 3 bags!

I had written a huge negative comment regarding the poor quality of their clothing and such and Rosegal and they actually deleted my post on 4 separate occasions. There are so many negative comments regarding this scam so called of a company, that I wonder why did they delete mine... hmmmmm interesting! Anyways before you order anything from this company ensure that you go on line and check out all of the horrible reviws. It really makes me wonder what kind of operation they are running. Think about it, buy a cheaply made dress that you order for $15. It will probably arrive in the wrong size, totally different color and be prepared to only wear it once because once you wash it, it literally falls apart. But wash at your own risk, because some of those items don't even come with laundry care instructions. Sure the pics look great, and a wow what a deal $15 for a dress with free shipping all the way from let's say China. This company has sweat shop child labor written all over it. Go ahead Risegal delete this post too if you wish. Sincerely a very dissatisfied customer. Maybe I should have called instead, oh sit I just read a review saying that their customer service line was not in service anymore. Here's a question Rosegal, and I would appreciate a response, what do you do for an unsatisfied customer, or rather thousands of unsatisfied customers?
