They know all the ways to delay things and avoid ligitimate refunds BEWARE. My body turned up very unsuitable size and with a poo stain along the crotch. No returns info or label so I contacted them straight away on the email they gave out but it bounced. I then researched and found a current email address. It took 4 emails and 2 months but they eventually got back to me with a huge list of everything I must do in order for a refund. To cut it short, I sent it back with order number, correspondence, payment methods etc and forwarded them proof of postage another month on, still no refund I've had to take it through PayPal now.
