I ordered my prom dress online, which was a really bad decision. After I received my dress, the color was different (they used filter in the picture), the neck was too tight that I cannot wear it, the waist was way too wide (I already measured myself but obviously they never put my measurement down), and the dress was too long. Then I messaged them thousand times asking for an exchange right after I opened my package (within 15 minutes I received the package). Unfortunately they told me I cannot get refund and they suggested me to get it altered. But the tailor said it would cost more than the dress to fix it. After three weeks, the customer service said they would give me a $8 refund, but it has been a month, but I still got nothing. I tried to emailed them back, but the message cannot be sent, nor can I find their website. I wonder what happened to this company, has someone sue them?
