The lenses are great. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I placed an order 11/12/21, which I received with no problem. I placed another order on 11/21/21. lens.me incorrectly sent this order to an address that I have not used in 5 years. I have the order confirmation email that shows the correct shipping address. After numerous calls to FedEx (who told me the shipper needed to contact them), numerous emails to lens.me informing them of this, and numerous times of them doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to correct their problem, I had to dispute the charge with Amex (providing them copies of all emails) to get my money back.
I have gone from being a regular customer to being someone who will NEVER use them again.
