I specifically ordered certified sod since this is the only sod company in Arkansas that sells certified sod. Their website touts all they sell is certified sod. When I called to order my sod I verified that they do sell certified sod and I was told they did, so I placed my order for the certified zoysia. When the sod was delivered it was dried up and hard, you couldn't even unroll it, on top of that the sod wasn't even certified. When I called the company they refused to answer my calls or try to fix the problem. Horrible customer service and horrible quality of sod.
