If I could give Kalorik ZERO stars, i would. On May 14,2020, I watched Today Show and Steals & Deals featured the Kalorik Air Fryer. I had been wanting one and thought it was the perfect opportunity to purchase, so I ordered. Received on 5/31/20. When I received it, i stored it in my guest room in the box. We decided to try to use it the week of Thanksgiving. We pulled it out of the box, plugged it into a wall socket in my kitchen and it blew out, it also apparently blew out one of our kitchen plugs too. The product does have a 1 year guarantee, so i have been trying to contact Kalorik for the past month through their website and calling the 800# several times a day. I wish i had looked at the Better Business Bureau site first to see that they have awful customer service! No one has ever picked up on the dozens of calls i've made or returned any of my messages. Also, no one has responded to any of my correspondences through the website form. It's awful! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BRAND!

Tip for consumers:
Do not purchase a Kalorik product if you are looking for any sort of working product or responsive customer service. these guys are scam artists.
