AmourFeel is good for exactly one thing: feeling amour, as in feeling like a bevy of beautiful women or handsome men are actually interested in you. It's not a dating site. You'll never go on a date with these women, or even go meet them. I've already figured out how the site's basic earning model works, or at least an approximation, and it's both clever and nefarious.

When you sign up, an algorithm alerts the relevant Trusted Members of a new arrival. Those Trusted Members (read: paid models who appear as Verified Members) bombard you with messages. The likelihood is high that another algorithm does some background checking to find out more about you from other social profiles, because some stuff has shown up in my messages that I didn't share on this site. Regardless, the messages are as personalized as possible because beyond the initial messages, they're generally written by the Trusted Members. The Trusted Members are required to entice you as much as possible into wanting to continue conversations, and your initial 20 free credits disappear very quickly as a result. This prompts you to want to buy more credits, thereby generating revenue.

Now, AmourFeel will respond to this and claim that they don't pay Trusted Members in any way, but it's not true. It's right in their ToS:

"AmourFeel does not pay, and prohibits Suppliers from paying in any manner, Members (including Trusted Members) for registration on the Service."

So they don't pay for registration, meaning there's no sign-on bonus.

"At the same time, Trusted Members may receive material rewards from other Members and/or Suppliers for providing User Content that, however, is not an obligatory condition for providing User Content by the Trusted Members."

Ah, now we begin to see it. Members are regular people, and Trusted Members provide User Content that the Suppliers can pay them for. Verified Members can either be regular people or Trusted Members. Suppliers are independent, meaning their actions aren't controlled by AmourFeel, giving AmourFeel freedom from liability and a legal right to say they don't pay any members for anything. So they pay the Suppliers, the Suppliers compensate the Trusted Members, who also get free use of the site and its features. It's starting to make sense.

"The Suppliers are independent contractors and are not our employees, agents or representatives. AmourFeel is not responsible for the quality of Suppliers' services, the willful or negligent acts and/or omissions of any Supplier or any of its respective employees, agents, servants, or representatives including, without limitation, their failure to deliver services, partial or inadequate delivery of services."

So AmourFeel can suggest that a certain Trusted Member's time is up, and the Supplier can stop compensating that person, effectively terminating them. Trusted Members are basically professional streamers with model-quality bodies (for the most part, some are plus size and some require lots of makeup) who can get any man or woman they want in their own country. There's no way they're all out here looking for a poor schmuck from other countries. It's a pretty interesting way to translate a corporate earning model into a streamer earning model.

Let's break this down a little. It's $2.99 USD for 20 credits. That's basically 1.5¢ per credit. Just for messaging, it costs 2 credits per minute (as soon as the first message goes through, all messages for the next 60 seconds are included), so if the Trusted Member keeps you chatting for 10 minutes straight, your 20 free credits are gone in a snap. Email messages cost 10 credits to send, so just 2 of those and you're depleted. Live interactions cost a lot, too. Trusted Members get a cut of that through the Suppliers. Only streams are free, as is stream chat, which is why these Trusted Members stream. Streams become the fish bait later. There are myriad ways to deplete your free credits and get you paying for more, and with these beautiful streamers just lobbing compliments at you, it's enticing to want to pay for more.

After the initial depletion, the Trusted Members will keep messaging you, even after it's clear you have no credits and aren't responding. That's the idea. Just keep up the attention and get you to buy more credits to either keep the conversation going or explain you have no credits. If you try to chat in the free stream chat, the Trusted Member will usually choose to keep messaging you directly, even if you explain you have no credits. Again, that's the idea.

You'll never meet these Trusted Members. That's not their purpose. There's no way to see other regular members, either. It takes copious spending to request contact details, and they'll likely refuse to meet. It's a scam, sham, and spam in one.

I ordered a SIM kit from this company, and they took my money and told me it would arrive in 3 business days, but gave no tracking number. 18 days later, they sent me nothing: not a SIM kit, not a tracking number, not a single response to my multiple inquiries during that time. I started asking for a refund, but still got no response whatsoever, so at 20 days, I filed a complaint with the Austin BBB. The business waited 30 days before finally responding to the BBB that no refund was due because "all sales are final" in their terms and conditions, except that no sale had been made (money exchanged hands, but not goods, thereby nullifying the term "sale"). I rejected the business's response twice and the BBB closed it as unresolved (they're not an enforcement agency). I've filed complaints with the FTC and the Texas AG, but they don't resolve individual complaints, so I've been screwed out of my money. Do not do business with this company. If you do, and you get screwed out of your money, file a complaint with the FTC and the Texas AG immediately so we can get this "company" shut down! They're a scam!
