I ordered a pair of nursing shoes. Waited a week for them to arrive. Only to get home to find a have someone else shoes. Customers service knew of the era the day before. I did not receive a phone call nor email. The other party involved called them to report the era. So i called customer service. They admitted if was their mistake. Wanted me charge my credit card again for anther pair of shoes and once i returned the wrong pair, they would refund my money. Oh and i had to pay for shipping those wrong shoes back. Not happening on my watch. Poor Service all the way round.
