I ordered a cell phone case through Open Sky's website. The supplier of the item was Modes Wireless.
I received an e-mail from USPS stating my package was delivered to me, but I never received it.
USPS investigated this issue upon my request. They determined Modes Wireless assigned an incorrect duplicate tracking number to my package.
I reported the findings of the USPS investigation to Open Sky.
When Open Sky contacted Modes Wireless to reship the item, Modes Wireless did not respond to Open Sky's communications.
Open Sky has stated they have issue me a refund that should be appearing on my bank statement shortly.
In regards to Modes Wireless, I find their shipping practices to be questionable.
In regards to Open Sky, this is the second time I have placed an order with them and never received my order.
Therefore, I do not recommend conducting business with either one of these companies.

On 2/5/22, I phoned Rally's Corporate Customer Service regarding exceptional service I received from a local Rally's Associate. At that time, I was informed that a Corporate Associate would be contacting me within 3 to 4 days. 17 days later, I have not been contacted. Based on this encounter, my impression of Rally's Corporate Management is unfavorable.

Approximately a month ago, I started receiving unsolicited e-mails from Save America Joint Fundraising Committee. Upon receiving the first e-mail, I utilized the "unsubscribe" link contained within the e-mail. My unsubscribe request was ignored, and a barrage of e-mails followed. Upon receiving each e-mail, I sent an unsubscribe request via e-mail to the addresses listed on the organization's website's Privacy Policy. Every unsubscribe request was ignored and the e-mails continued.

In my unsubscribe request e-mails to the organization, I informed them that I considered their e-mails to be spam, an invasion of my privacy, and harassing in nature. My personal disclosure regarding the e-mails was disregarded.

The following is my experience with Save America JFC:

1) The organization is sending unsoliciated spam e-mail.
2) The organization has displayed a blatant disregard for removing an individual from their e-mail list when requested.
3) The organization exhibits a lack of respect for a individual's privacy, and intrudes on the privacy of an individual.

I purchased a new Silo TV last month. Silo offers a one year warranty, and I purchased an additional year for $59.95. Silo's warranty states the TV must be registered within 60 days of purchase for the warranty to be valid. Since 6/22/19, I have been attempting to register my TV with Silo without success. Despite completing numerous Support Forms and voice messages to the business, Silo has not provided customer support to enable the completion of my registration.

Tip for consumers:
Currently, Silo TV's with model numbers "V2" are unable to be registered on Silo's website.

I had conducted business with Carol Wright for years with no issues. Recently, however, I experienced a significant one. I placed an order and received the confirmation e-mail for my order. I decided to cancel the order, placing 5 phone calls to do so. Each time I was told by customer service my order was not in the system yet. After the 5th day, the charge for the item appeared on my checking account statement, for they had debited my bank card. I called Carol Wright to cancel the order. Customer service had no record of the order, despite my confirmation number and e-mail. They also could not explain why my bank card was charged when no record of my order existed in their system. I disputed the charge with my bank to have the charge removed.

I have encountered what I consider to be deceptive pricing on Wish.com. On some items, once added to the cart, the price increases from the original posted price tag. I asked Wish's Customer Support for an explanation. They informed me that the sellers had the authority to determine pricing based on a variety of factors. I am suspicious of a business that allows sellers to manipulate prices. This lacks transparancy to the customer. Based on the reviews, I will not be doing business with Wish.com.

For those that have been receiving multiple spam from the domain cu.cc, you can take the following action to report this domain for violating the Can Spam Act. You can report ANY domain in violation using these 2 methods:

1) Forward the spam message to *******@uce.gov.
2) Go to www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov to file a complaint. Follow the steps on each screen to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
