I was yelled at in the parking lot, they over charged me for a 2020 piece of crap kia soul. They don't give you a price of a car they give you a payment amount. Guy first walks out and says 525.00 a month are you kidding me? I said give me my keys back goes back to talk to the little penis behind the desk Jesus. Comes back like it was any better and says 498.00 what in that actual? Again give me my keys back. I was there 4 1/2 hours and finally i signed to get the hell out of there. I called within 24 hours and said i want my car that i traded in back. That they only gave me 6000. 00 for it was a 2016 kia soul worth 11,000 and over charged me for the 2020 kia soul by 4000. 00 Kia should have left the 2016 kia soul alone it was a good car i only traded it in because the fuel sensor that went out in January of 2020 faulted out in June of 2020 they would not replace it and once again i was over charged for the fuel pressure sensor at 630.00 that only lasted 6 months well the part only had a 12mo/12,000 wty i had 06/18,000 after it breaking down 6 more times i decided to trade it in. Well big mistake. DO NOT EVER GO TO BEV SMITH OF FT. PIERCE FLORIDA AND I GOT THE PART DONE AT KIA OF VERO. NEITHER PLACE IS OF ANY GOOD. TOTAL RIP OFFS

This is my 3rd kia 2nd kia soul. I have good credit and for some reason kia finance put my in at a 4.5 interest rate may seem low to some but when you work hard to maintain your good credit no loan should be over 3. Percent. Not only that they put me in at 75 months to make more money off my loan the dealer Bev Smith Kia of Ft. Pierce charged my 24,396 for a piece of crap 2020 kia soul... kia should have left the 2016 model alone. I had my 2016 refinanced 3 days after i purchased it which was 4.5 when i had it refinanced it dropped to 3.0 and gave me free gap kia charged me 800.00 in 3 days i cancelled the gap and they took 150.00 out of the 800.00. I can only hope to wreck this piece of crap car and get out of this piece of crap 2020 kia soul. I can see why kia finance has a 1 rating and Bev Smith kia of ft. Pierce has a 2 rating on yelp. Don't bother with either. Get a NISSAN
