They send us the wrong item.

We asked before doing the purchase if the item was available, as they answer it was we made the purchase. THEY SEND A SIMILAR ONE but not the one we request. It had the same specifications but it was bigger than the one we request (obvisly the part number change too). We asked about what happened, they just said "The old version is Not available anymore.:-(" As the item couldn't be useful for us (it didn't fit in out machine) we reclaim for a devolution and they don't want to be answerable, they ask us to return it (that cost almost what the product cost) telling us that " by the way the product has no problems"... YES IT HAS A PROBLEM. IS BIGEEEEER! Is not the one we asked for.

That why i asked before buying it, even so they send us what they wanted.
Avoid buying here, as if you received the wrong material they are not going to response for that
