I saw an ad for a natural sleep aid; free sample and if you like you can cancel the auto-ship feature. They asked for credit card info. I got my bottle and a sleep mask was complimentarily included. I forgot about cancelling; then another bottle arrived. I was upset that I had forgotten to cancel, and I thought, well, I will probably be billed, maybe 10 or 20 dollars at the most- and then I will cancel. Imagine my shock when I saw my bank statement and saw to my utter horror that they had deducted $84 and some change from my account. I called and asked if that amount was for a years supply or what, and they said no, it was for one bottle. Since i had opened it, I was completely out of luck. All I could do was cancel and avoid any future charges. Please don't get suckered in like I did. I am usually vigilant about cancelling these promotions, but it slipped my mind this time. Which is what these companies count on. I will bet they do not have any customers who purchase this product more than once after the complimentary bottle.
