I had terrible experience with them and gave up at the end because I could not purchase our tickets, it seems they sell the tickets but they request the booking and actually you may think you have the tickets and nope you do not!
If you try to reach out them that would be the biggest mistake forget about it! Sebastian or someone else picks up the phone and they only speaks Spanish in the USA! Can you believe that!? So I just skipped them and purchased from cheapoair and have my tickets quickly!
