I WILL NEED TO SPEAK TO OWNER. ONE OF THEIR EOMPLYEES, "MATT" AND "BRIAN", IS IGNORING MY EMAILS AND BLOCKING ME AFTER TRYING TO PURCHASE RIMS. I ORDERED RIMS AND DIDN'T GET THEM UNTIL OVER A MONTH LATER. I WAS LIED TO AND SAID I'D GET PARTIAL REIMBURSEMENT AND NEVER GOT IT. NOW HE'S BEING BELIGERENT BY BLOCKING ME AFTER I TRUSTED THEM TO GET THE MONEY REFUND BACK TO THEM. THEY ATTACK AND RETALIATE AGAINST CUSTOMERS AND REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE TO RESOLVE THINGS.
