“Avoid - scam company that dont deliver, wont refund money, bank now involved to resolve”

Ordered a battery for a laptop on 13th August and paid online.
Once payment taken and confirmation mail received 14th August, company could not meet delivery date, so cancelled order and promised to refund "asap".

Never heard from them since despite emails, chat/online account messaging and no phone number to ring them on. Have had to involve the bank and paypal to seek a refund from them as they have kept money and not delivered goods so a total con

Avoid these guys as they seem from many other reviews to do this far too often
