I bought 6 items from Dresslily and it was made into 3 different packages. I recieved 2 of these and one of them is still, in the middle of January, lost without a trace. The Customer service is terrible, none of my questions were answered and later I was only asked to wait until 25th February, but I found out, that after 3 months after shipping out the item, nothing will be done anymore. I have made several tickets adressing my situation, and no help yet. I have asked for a refund, but I have been told to wait and wait. I cannot make a formal complaint ticket as well.
About the items, I bought 3 different swimsuits and 3 dresses, all in same size. Every swimsuit was bigger than the other, and one I even had to sew myself, because it looked really weird and was way too big. One of the dress looked really nice, but there were showing threads and in close. It did not look as good. The other dress was also too big for the size and the fabric was not so good. Overall I loved the swimsuits, since they were made very well, except for the size.
