I decided to stick with HYCM because I place reliability first. Well, the first thing that comes to my mind when I learn that HYCM was started in 1977 is that it's a veteran of the brokerage industry. If this company has been operating on the market since that time, it must be well-regulated and it's true. HYCM is regulated by CySEC, CIMA, DFSA, and FCA.
As an old-school broker, HYCM doesn't offer any custom-made trading solutions unlike younger brokerage services do. So, if you want to use something modern, sleek, and extremely intuitive such as cTrader, you can certainly look for alternatives. As for me, I favor tried and tested terminals – MT4 and MT5 – that's what you get with HYCM.
The broker doesn't provide the richest choice of assets. However, here you can find the most popular financial instruments. That's enough to trade profitably. For example, you can trade up to 40 currency pairs, indices, metals, ETF, cryptos.
I favor the tightest spreads, so I chose a Raw trading account with spreads starting at 0,2 pips.
