I ordered some shampoo from this company in June, and three months later, no product, no notifications, no response after I attempted to call or write to check status, the toll-free phone no. Was disconnected. They didn't take my money yet since I paid by Paypal, thank goodness. Do they actually exist? It worries me.

After six visits to their Croydon office I was still not given a copy of the invoice. No records...
