They take your money instantly ($122.00 in my case for eye cream), but the product has not left the warehouse after 5 days.
They say we'll receive the product within 3-5 days.
I am SO tired of these companies who take my hard-earned money instantly, then take their own sweet time about shipping it.
They shouldn't be charging you until the item has shipped!
They verbally blame it on:
1. Covid;
2. Supply Chain;
3. Truckers;
4. USPS; etc.
They DO say on the website that "due to Covid, shipping, etc., the item may be delayed" - BUT - YOU GET THAT MESSAGE AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY.
AND THEY STILL SAY "3-5 DAYS" ON THEIR WEBSITE.
THEY NEED TO UPDATE THAT.
When you call and ask for a Supervisor (3 times I've called) - a Supervisor is NOT AVAILABLE, they'll have one call back - who never does.
Enough with these companies.
Time to make them honor their promises.

Just a Consumer who is Fed Up with these companies taking my money instantly and then taking their own sweet time about getting you the item when you only have a limited amount of time to return the item FROM THE ORDER DATE.
