Buyers beware of the company Guccii.com. Their prices are too good to be true. I went online to make a purchase. The item cost $200.00. After I gave them all of my personal information, along with my debit card. I recieved an invoice stating that my payment was REMOTELY ACCEPTED (RED FLAG #1). When I looked at the item that I purchased, I noticed that the name and description had slightly changed. I ordered a Gucci bamboo medium top handbag. The invoice confirmation page said Gucci secret medium top (2nd RED FLAG). It didn't even have the word HANDBAG attatched. Finally, I noticed that after they received all of my information and stated that my payment was remotely accepted, they wanted to know what bank name my card was affiliated with (3rd and Final RED FLAG). If you are placing an order online, no company will need to know the bank that the card is affiliated with. Either that credit or debit card will be accepted, or it will decline. I immediately stopped what I was doing, went straight to the bank and withdrew everything out. Most importantly, I closed that account. I was afraid that if I did not close the account, the company would still process the order, and my account would be overdraft. Which I would have to repay. The name of the payment company is called ecpss. If you see those letters come up on a your screen when you are making a payment. Beware that a lot of scammers use ecpss to receive money because it is hard to track them. Once you give them your money, there will be no getting your item or your money back.
