My daughter was struggling with her class in Algebra I and II. I paid TutorVista for a 3 months. She was okay with them for the first month and then she was told that their website will be upgraded and there will be no connection while they will be doing the upgrade. They sent me an email that since it will take them time that they instead reimburse me like $250.00, back to my account. They never re-instate the amount they owe me. Is this not cheating for heaven sake on their clients? I will leave it for all of you to see my frustration with them. Good luck.
