I love EBTH, no company is error or mistake proof. My experience with EBTH was far beyond great. I've got some really nice Pandora bracelets (925 Silver) charms on two separate purchases items were received as described. I must mention I got them for a deal/bundle. I'm hooked and I thank them for having a local company like this. I only wish there was a store to go into, I love to shop in person also. But for now online shopping is nice, secure, private, and easy to pick up items (LOCAL). Thanks EBTH!

Tip for consumers:
Shipping is expensive along with company fees. Best to pick up items to save money if you live local.

Basically I booked 2 round trip tickets at a great price on the actually site. Booked 6 months ahead of time and I received a cancellation of the flights with no reason just 1-1/2 month prior to our trip. They offered full refund or credit. I chose full refund. I still wanted to know why the cancellation and what was going on. I was unable to reach anyone on the phone due to high call volume, no online chat representatives available. So I go online to try and book again and to really see if those flight were still active and low and behold they were for $200 more per round trip ticket. I was stunned and confused. Poor service and I feel money hungry vibes from Allegiant, so unfair!

When searching for flights, third party companies pop up where you can purchase your flights for cheaper, instead of purchasing from the actual airlines site. Looks like a deal but the small print basically says under no circumstances once you book, there is no refund, no changing any names, no changing flights, no adjusting your dates no full credits or anything even if it's the third party site fault. I was on their site for roundtrip tickets and clearly chose my dates correct and the wrong dates generated AFTER I finalized my booking! I immediately tried calling customer service, sending an email, trying the online chat option, and even reached out to my bank right away. It wasn't until the next day I got someone on the line with KIWI and they said the flights have already been approved by the airline, there was nothing they could do at all but refund me $11 out of $350, really. My bank issued me a credit but later took it back due to what ever KIWI sent them which was probably the small print. However this was no fault of mine. Anyway just beware when online read, read, read and try NOT to be cheap and DO NOT use third party sites for travel.
