Im sick of proton "services"! Instead of helping when you reach out to support, they deny there's any issue and divert by asking you a million technical questions because they think they may throw you off, but their not remembering if you're using proton you're probably tech savy to say the least.

VPN stinks because it's not stealth and gets blocked by everybody

Calendar stinks because it's bare bones and doesn't even have search which makes it useless

Email stinks because you can't use it with your own domain successfully.

I literally have been on this platform for years doing work and every time there's been a dispute over payment I've gotten what was due to me because my offers are very clear, but that is no longer the case, things that changed :( On top of that they're pushing for proof of an experimental medical procedure via Jab.

A bad joke!? Just like Amazon you cannot count on any mail delivered part when you need a part ASAP. Ordered Friday 12/30 2022, was supposed to be here next day, New Year's Eve day/Saturday, Saturday item had not even been picked up by FedEx yet and today's Sunday still no movement. This is the second time I've used this service and chosen their part over another, I won't be doing it again. I don't think the last one shipped at all and I canceled the order - I know I never received it from them. O'Reilly is good for one thing when you have to have a part, preferably a small cheap part like a break clip when you've already ordered the actual breaks from someplace online when you've had time to do so (and they have it in stock) - that's about it, otherwise I can't stand going into any of these auto parts stores!

This company had been utilized by a partner company of our for years and there "engineers" are so awful to deal with, its like dealing with some angry youth at a fast food drive thru, how this is allowed is beyond me!?

Costco online order shipping is terrible, my items often arrive damaged, leaking, etc... leaving a mess to clean up such as flour and detergent all over everything else.

  • Airbnb

I attempted my first stay last night in an airbnb and it was a total bait and switch.

Misleading description. The property is in a ruff looking neighborhood with run down houses. "Farm" house is misleading when they show it with nothing but green grass as if it is outside city limits and in a rural area, it's not. The house had construction materials on the outside and the area generally looked ruff, with unkept lawns, homes in disrepair, etc... I was even mean mugged by a guy that looked like he was just out of prison, standing just outside the slum apartment across the street. The property was surrounded by run down homes & apartments. I did not even bother to check in.

Suspiciously they had no bad review. I saw that mostly woman stayed there or have had their reviews left online and what a shame, those woman are putting themselves in harms way and the "supposed" husband/wife/baby hosts are letting this happen, probably because they cant sell the house for what they paid, if they are even a real couple.

https://airhostacademy.com/remove-airbnb-reviews/ Its right there. They can be removed and even encourage it.

You do not stand behind your work. Your reps act as if "they" are the experts, not us, so inform your users when introducing yourselves that we are the ones that are supposed to know what you are doing, not the "trained" legal notary!? :(

Please find yourself another company and save yourself years of head aches! They literal have not way of reaching them. If you want to use the product anyway, then use desktop version.

Radiator last 6 months, they said it was covered but not in stock (it was?), so I had to box it up somehow and ship back on my own dime only to receive a refund which would be a ton of head ache and I'd only get half my money back, I knew I should have purchased it somewhere that had a local presence to make returns easier. These auto parts places are as bad as the shops.

Update: fortunately they sent me a prepaid label that only cost me like $15 or so instead of the $100 I was going to have to pay on my own, but I had to ask for this twice so I'm still not happy but that should be noted.

This is the most frustrating company to do business with. I think they have like two people working for them and make it seem like they are much bigger than they are. Just look at all the negative reviews and you will know you are not the only one pulling your hair out from dealing with them. They do not return messages and are incapable of fixing issue you will run into.

  • Securitytrax

We wasted months of our time trying to get it set up with all the 3rd party integrations it is supposed to bring together in one place. This experience was major hurdle in our expansion, please do not make the same mistake we did. They have a very smooth presentation but that is it, the product awful. Stay away from Docusign as well, their chosen esignature partner, they have the worst support and the integration is worthless.

Do not allow online returns and the local reps will treat you like dirt when you try to return it locally. Online supervisors are rude and do not care about bad online reviews.

  • Upwork

My system was hacked when I exposed it to one of their freelancers from a foreign country. I contacted upwork and they said they would investigate. I supplied them with proof. They said they could not prove the freelancer was involved my system hack even though I had my system running for seven years prior and had not been hacked once, until the day I gave the freelancer access to my system. The freelancer kept oddly stating during the process that my system was not secure, even after I explained to him that the only reason it wasn't "secure" was because I was giving him access!? I believe he was doing this to lay the groundwork for an explanation as to why my system was hacked, once it was hacked (my phone system and associated calling account was drained of funds). So as a way of throwing me a bone, upwork said I could give the freelancer whatever feedback I felt was needed. After serious delays in upwork posting my review of the freelancer, I checked back a month later and found that my feedback was removed. They then stated they cannot have somebody giving negative feedback to one of their good freelancers (meaning one that makes them a lot of money). I noticed numerous other negative feedback scores given to the same freelancers who had their negative feedback details removed. Upwork is protecting a hacker for their own bottom Dollar.

  • Alibaba

Trade assurance only seems there to pacify customers concerned with importing, but it proved to be completely useless for me. The seller knew what words to say to throw the Alibaba representatives off the trail of facts. My particular item was not damaged in transit and this was admitted to by the seller in the Alibaba chat where I kept all of my messages due to the constant warnings from alibaba to do so. I went around in circles with alibaba and they continued to ask for more and more proof no matter what I supplied. Needless to say it was an exercise in futility.

I feel really bad for the people that buy container loads of stuff and get screwed.

"Zhenglong sports utinsel company" and their sister company / broker "Wuyi smart vehicle company" are the company I purchased a sample electric ATV from. There were so many things wrong with it, from broken and sloppy manufacturing, to parts that appeared to have been laying around a warehouse and then thrown together (they were scuffed, dented, chipped, and rusting). That said I would have a useless pile of junk if I did not happen to be very handy with everything from welding, to rewiring electronic circuits, and generally able to fix all of the issues that the item shipped with. I also had to be able to source bad parts from other places. This "sample" is completely useless as a sample product for which I intended to resell on a volume basis.

Sourcing from Chinese suppliers and manufacturers via Alibaba is useless due to the extremely poor communications and/or translation software. China will not be a viable country to source products directly from as long as there is this poor communication and poor quality control. At this point anything I source for resell has to come from a third party (if it comes from China) that does their own quality control and has easy to understand fluent English-speaking representatives.
