Placed an order with this site... did not hear back from them. Assumed order was shipped. When an e mail about the order finally came to my inbox "Donna" stated that she had called me 3 times and sent me many e mails about this order. None of these messages were ever received by me. The excuse of "didn't leave a message" doesnt work in this day and age with caller id! And the e mails never got to my inbox!
After telling her that I did not appreciate her attitude, her response was: "We are far too busy to deal with customers who are such pains in the $#*!. Trust me your order has been cancelled".
