Purchased two hyundai front headlamps from Ketech address 6840 OrangeThorpe ave suite #C company also know as VAIP. Replaced both headlamps and noticed a smell of wire burning. The inner wires connecting the bulb to the wire harness started burning and melting the plastic connection. I notified Amazon and the company and t KETECH stated that it the warrenty was past due 30 days. Not so, i still had a week before the 30 days were up. The product that they sell nearly caused my vehicle to catch fire. They dragged their feet until the time was up and then claimed " OOPS SORRY THE 30 DAYS ARE UP" VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, SELLING DEFECTIVE CAR PARTS THAT MAY CAUSE ELECTRICAL FIRES. This electrical bulb connection is internal and not part of the vehicle external harness connection.
BEWARE OF PURCHASES FROM THIS COMPANY.

They repesented them selves as American Airline employee. I booked flight from Charlotte NC to San Juan PR for 1012. 00 dollars round trip 2 passangers, upon taken all my CC information and verifing my name they still got it wrong.
They misspelled my name and credit card did not go through. No response back from them. Last minute I checked for my E ticket and showed that the tickets was cancelled.
I had to leave for the next day for my mothers memorial who passed away a few days earlier. I had to re-book at a price of 2400. 00 and was told that AA raised their price. While talking to this guy, I was looking on the AA site, I saw 2 business class seats available for 1300. 00 while I asked him that I see 2 seats available for 1300. 00, and he said that AA did not update THEIR COMPUTERS JUST YET.
The only flight available so take it or leave it.We had no choise so we took it.
I called American Airlines when we got back and spoke to the CEO's customer service and she said that is not right and this company charged me 612.00 for the agent fee. I called MYFLIGHTSEARCH when I returned and made a complaint with all the information I had concerning the 2 charges on my CC and they said that the 612.00 was tax and fees! American Airlines incorperate taxes and fees in the FINAL PRICE of the ticket.
Big LIE on that agents part!
They failed to disclose the breakdown of the charges (they did 2 charges one for 1799. 00 and one for 612.00. The 612.00 dollar was the fee for the agent to make the reservations to AA. By the way AA sends them a commission anyway and I should of never gotten charged 612.00 I got nowhere with this company so I said that I am taking this further up the chain. I hung up, 20 minutes later they called and said that they will refund my 612.00 to my account in 2 to 3 business cycles. (I spoke to my bank and they nover heard of such a thing, neither did American Airlines. I started a fraud investigation on this company.
MYFLIGHTSEARCH Travel company took full advantage of my mom passing away and figure they can make additional money on my situation.
I am also pursuring this further so other travlers are not scamed by these people.
