I bought a WHITE rug and it arrived GREY! I requested a refund and the company refused to pay the shipping label, although on its page it doesn't say that I must pay the shipping to return it. They have a list of items that the customer is responsible for, but my item is not listed.
This company doesn't care about customer experience. I had to dispute the transaction.
