If I could give a minus stars for this review, I would. My experience with this vendor and this product is HORRIBLE. I advise you to consider purchasing your dresses someplace else if you care about quality and customer service.

I was so excited to find this dress - it looked to be the absolute perfect mother of the bride dress for me. When I originally purchased the dress, Trendget charged me twice ($160) for the purchase. I immediately emailed them to fix the double charge. They NEVER responded to that email. I contacted my credit card company to get the double charge reversed.

The package did arrive two weeks after I ordered it but that is where the excitement ended.

The color was not the gold color represented on the website. It was mustard colored and will not match. The dress was sewn to fit my exact size (4) but the jacket was more like a size 18! So huge it drowned me and looked horrible. The pin they placed on the jacket was broken when the package was received. The quality of the fabric is much less than reported. They say this dress is comparable $409 value - it absolutely is not. I purchased it for $160 and it truly is worth $50. If it actually fit me and the color was right it would be worth $50.

I immediately went on this website and contacted the seller to return the item for a refund. After 2 email exchanges they offered to give me a $10 credit - what they felt the wrong size jacket was worth. After 10 more email exchanges, they refuse to allow the dress to be returned. The MAXIMUM refund they are offering me is $50! (Further confirming that the dress is only worth $50).

I am so disgusted with my exchanges with this company and their lack of customer service and focus. I now have an ill-fitting, low quality dress that I will never wear. This is completely unacceptable.

I hope that anyone considering buying from this company will consider working with a reputable vendor who actually understands customer service.
