I purchased a nightstand and chest of drawers. Both arrived damaged. The nightstand had a hole in the back (no big problem). But the chest had a chunk of wood missing from 1 of its beautiful drawers (big problem). They were shipped from Vietnam! Having come from so far away, the probability is that they WILL arrive damaged rather than NOT. Such a shame. So beautiful a product style.

Tip for consumers:
Items shipped from Vietnam — generally too far away to avoid damage in shipment.
