I ordered a product from hoistlift.com and payed for 2nd day shipping. I never received any shipping information. I waited 48 hours so they could process the order, and called them also emailed them with no response. I have since sent multiple emails and left multiple voice messages. No response from this company. It has been two weeks, I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge.
