Tried to get this guy to design a website that would suit my needs. He required a $2,000 deposit. I knew another person who vouched for him so I said okay. He came back with a design he liked, but didn't work for me. His response was that it was a site any of his peers would have approved of, and if I didn't like it, well he would just keep my money and I "was released from our agreement." What a waste of time and money!
