I have no clue who these crooks are but my bank will get to the bottom of it and I had to file a dispute against them for taking money out of my bank account that does not belong to them!

I have done business with this outfit for about a year now and they provide the service that they advertise, however, they have the worst reputation for customer service! It simply does not exist! It takes me weeks to even get an answer to my emails. They don't even want you to email them in the first place, and instead they want you to file a trouble ticket and I don't know what they do with them but they never do respond. It took me months to even get them to update my address and phone number and the address they put in their system is not even the one that I sent them! What is really sad is that their system is so antiquated that you can't even update any of your information in their system. It's really quite pathetic. It's one of those type of companies that makes you cringe and makes you wonder why you ever got involved with them in the first place! There are so many other great companies out there where you can get an eSIM for your device at a much lower cost and without all the headaches of this company. I have $109 sitting on their books that will NEVER be used and I doubt they will even refund me my money. I just had to lower my rating from 3 stars to two stars while sitting here writing this review. I hope I save a lot of people from all the headaches and hassles and hope you can find a much better company to do business with.
