No wonder they make it so hard to contact them directly, Live Auctioneers cares about the auction houses rather than the buyers. Apparently it's ok when auction houses lie, disappear, don't ship, etc, because LA has already been paid I guess.

It's been like pulling teeth to get ahold of these people to accept payment. My husband and I both have called and left voicemails numerous times with no one bothering to return calls, let along pick up the phone. After reaching out through the bidding platform we finally get an email response and they offer to call us in the evening for payment, which they have since changed their mind on. They tell us to call during their business hours but they never pick up. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I do not recommend working with them... unless you like to drag things out endlessly.

The first time I used this site all went well. Now, two of the last three orders in a matter of weeks have gone badly. Unacceptable. Have asked to cancel and will no longer waste my money.
