Used to order from them, because it was easy to get our club t-shirts made. The quality was poor, and the items faded rather quickly.

Now I hear that ALL of my private data was stolen.

Good jobm folks.

The service was not so great, the app doesn't make it easy to quickly connect to USA, and always wants me to connect to a cheaper country.

Even their FAST service wasn't so fast. On a gig fiber connection, I got 60 meg dl at best.

The worst thing though is their billing department.

Even though I decided NOT to renew, they are fraudulently billing my credit card, and even after contacting me, they are still doing it.

They are still blaming COVID for having no telephone support. Their APP is still terrible.

Worse, they give you no idea of what your plan is, how long it's for, or the ability to turn off automatic renewal.

The only problem is that they are the only company providing service that is this cheap.

I am really sorry to know that you are not using our new mobile app because of some bugs. Currently, all basic functionalities on our mobile app seem to be working on our test phones. Could you send me an email to 'support.supervisor@sonetel.com' mentioning the specific functionalities you are having troubles with.

Regarding the message played when you call our support numbers, I agree that it is outdated and we need to update it as soon as possible. We are soon planning to start offering voice support, as soon as we figure out a way tackle all issues for our employees who started working from home since the pandemic.

You have complete control of when you wish to upgrade or downgrade these plans by choosing not to renew after the current subscription ends.

Their new phone app is barely usable. It stalls loading contacts, which you have to do each and every time you launch the app. Horrible!

The only reason I am still on it is that there is nothing near it this cheap.

Prices keep going up, and quality and CS goes down...

I have not been able to connect for days... app is years out of date... and is barely functional, as is their "new" beta website which has been in beta for years.

Update: App isn't working, and still getting "India in Lockdown" message as an excuse to have no phone support.

I just purchased two items, both cost about $250 USD from the UK, to be shipped to Israel. They were from the same seller, but two separate transactions, about an hour apart.

I paid the same for shipping, except one went DHL, and the other with Royal Mail, which went through many many many stations until it was handed off to some cut-rate shipper that then handed it off to yet another cut-rate LMC. They did not notify us that they would NOT be delivering the package to us, but we had to go to a random pick-up point that they (not us) could choose.

We had no notification that it arrived other than me checking eBay, which said the package was delivered. It was NOT delivered. It was a mess and took more than a week to resolve.

I then ordered another item, surely to be my last, and the same thing... taking forever to arrive, and again, it's not being delivered, but going to a service point, 2 miles from my office.

This is not a company you chose to business with, it is one that is chosen for you.

It's hard to tell how many employees they have. When you call the customer service number you are given in the link they send you, it tells you to go to the website, and chat.

That chat is NEVER available, so you send an email, that is never answered!

Courier tried to deliver when the business was closed, but when I told them when business hours were, they tried again to deliver after hours.

HORRIBLE!

Ordered it via BorderFree, but it went through many many hands before getting here.

DTDC is the last mile courier. They claimed they tried to deliver my package, but they never called, or even knocked on the door.

I paid a lot of money for shipping, and this was really bad bad bad service.

No way to contact them other than via email, which they don't respond to.

I certainly will be avoiding ANYTHING that comes ARAMEX, since their local company uses the cheapest LMC possible.

At first, I loved the ability to order from stores that did not offer overseas shipping and had items not available o Amazon.

Particularly, Target. They were quite quick to drop out since they could not handle the volume.

On occasion, I would use the service, but the last experience was, not great, and I will NEVER use them again!

It took forever to get my order processed, and by the time it did, some items were not in stock. The shipping costs are high vs. Amazon, so the slight savings for the items were offset by the shipping.

There is now a problem with the shipment. The last mile carrier has no contact phone number, neither does the shipping company.

Borderfree has no customer service number or email, just a website that does NOT give an option to contact them about shipping problems.

So. I am stuck. If I don't get this resolved, I will need to have the credit card company cancel the charge.`

Amazon, so much easier.

The site is localized for my country, so it looked, after a google search, to be legit. Unfortunately, after the item didn't ship from AUSTRIA (not my country, not even my content) a deeper dig showed how much of a bluff this is.

The automatic localization bugs showed it was not a local company... no customer service...

I will need to cancel with my credit card, and buy again.

I ordered an item that was eligible for same-day delivery, well that was over two weeks ago.

I got an SMS saying the courier would be in touch. That never happened. A week went by, and they charged my credit card, but the website still says that my item is "in progress".

No one answers the CS line, and website inquiries go unanswered.

How do I start? They used to have a worse reputation. You sign up for their dinosaur cable TV service or their slow internet... and then you can never cancel...

Now, outages. All the time. Get someone on the phone, ha... forget it.

WhatsApp, they NEVER answer.

Via FB, I got a response after a week... asking if I still needed help.

Everytime it rains in Israel, there are power outages. Does the cell service go down, no, of course not. Do the very few companies that offer limited Fibre Optic internet go down, no, of course not.

But the ONLY cable TV company in the country does not have battery or generator backup systems... so when the power goes out many kilometers away from you... doesn't matter... your service goes with it.

SHAME ON THEM...

It's a produce delivery service in Tel Aviv, Israel. I placed one order and requested that all the produce be ripe, meaning "ready to eat".

Most of it was, but most of the fruit was not. I texted customer service and their first reaction (after my sending pics), "It looks good to me."

This was followed by "our area manager prepared your order himself and gave you the best we had".

There was also an issue with weights being off in their favor.

They told me that replacements would not be available today, the start of the weekend where stores are closed, and that maybe I should wait a few days for the stuff to ripen.

Yes, bananas do ripen, but plums and tomatoes do not, I have still had some from. The last delivery (different company, same problem).

You need to be careful with ordering produce and only order stuff that won't be problematic. Just better to go to a store.

* I did get a follow-up phone call, and explained what happened to someone else.

The seems a bit more caring, so I will try again, upping to 4 stars.

Tip for consumers:
Delivery service in Tel Aviv where you order fruits and veg, delivery is included in the price.

It's a HUGE BLUFF!

You are basically getting AliExpress goods at higher prices, and much higher (and way slower) shipping.

1. Bait and switch pricing
You find an item; you click on it, and the price changes, or worse you chose a size or color, and it changes again. Place it in the cart, and then the shipping price goes up. Also, the joke about "retail prices", when they are 100 - 1,000 times more than the price you paid.

2. Outrageous shipping charges. What would have been free on AliExpress, or very cheap, is way more expensive, and takes the same amount of time, or longer.

3. Unreliable shipping times. The shipping times quoted are fictitious, and when something is late, they just extend the delivery window (if you complain).

4. HORRIBLE Customer Service. It's almost impossible to get around the BOT. And if you ask more than one question, you then don't have an option anymore to contact a real person. Not that a real person will really help you.

At least with AliExpress, you are in contact with the actual seller.

5. Bogus goods. From what I can tell much of the stock being sold is counterfeit.

STAY AWAY!

They are allegedly an "American" company, how is it that the FTC has not put them out of business?
