Was told that the part was OEM direct cross and it wasn't I could barely understand any of the employees because they broken English I didn't get any paperwork in case something happens to this and I had a 3-year warranty they told me I had to just download it off my phone I'm elderly I do not have a printer I don't have a way to download this off my phone PartsGeek doesn't care about any of their customers they're just pushing Parts people and we need to stay away from people like that there's other alternative Parts people deal with someone that will give you the honesty and paperwork
