I liked this company's concept and their products until I had a problem with one of them. They don't respond to emails to customer support at all. And they can't be reached by phone. You can't leave a message and it just says to email them. It's been 5 weeks since I first emailed them, with no response. I followed up several times. I gave up a few weeks ago and ordered a replacement hose from them to replace the one that was leaking, and they sent me the wrong size. And I can't get their attention to address that issue. I may get the last laugh, as I have charged back the hose purchase on my credit card. We'll see if they respond to the credit card company or to PayPal any more than they did to me.
