Ok, I'll be honest - I used them as I was stressed... What a regret.
They literally outsource to someone who has no idea what they are doing, they literally copy+pasted the sample I provided them then claimed it was their work! The work they did do was in a different format then proceeded to tell me they will revise and resend... 1 week after it was due. Then told me to ask for a extension.
Ask for a refund? Forget it, they will delay, delay, delay make up every excuse and you won't see your refund.
Should be in Jail, just your basic scam.
