Ordered on Tuesday at 9am didn't get it till the Friday!

Now they don't want to refund me the £4.99 for not delivering within the 48hrs as promised on there site!

Had to chase them, then ring UPS my self to get the parcel delivered and a time of delivery because they said the couldn't

Doubt I will be shopping here again or recommending to anyone else very poor site and service I have had better ebay sellers
