I have tried phoning (eventually just goes onto an answering machine), calling and texting mobile number (just goes onto answering machine and texts not received) also emailing this company on numerous occasions without success even though they claim they aim to respond within 24 hours. In saying that they also claim that they have been supplying hoverboards to the UK consumers since 2014, which would be impossible since the company True Value Trading Ltd was only started on 19/09/2018. So, I can only assume Mrs Jasbin Abdul Badat you are willing to take my money but not deliver the goods. IF YOU READ THIS BE WARNED ABOUT SWEGWAY DIRECT / TRUE VALUE TRADING LTD AND MRS JASBIN ABDUL BADAT.

Bought and paid for a voucher through the father of all scam sites WOUCHER and ordered a Dash Cam from Gilded Olive which should have arrived by 01/12/2017 its now 14/12/2017 and I have emailed Gilded Olive four times as they have NO PHONE NUMBER and not received any communication back. I have researched the reviews on both these companies so it looks as if am onto PLUMS for a refund and my Dash Cam. THIS IS THEFT SO PLEASE AVOID. They advised that they would provide a 10 year guarantee but wouldn't even fix the gutters after one week. The Glasgow and head office are fictitious addresses. If I would put my money on the company I would say they are gypsies.
