I placed an order and was told it'd ship within 3 business days. It's now been over a week and they had to ship them overnight since I was going out of town. They didn't charge extra but who in their right mind uses a completely unknown parcel service to deliver? Got 10 different answers to my question and had to call customer service to get a straight answer. Twice i was treated nicely, then had people be rude in the chat feature. Bad. May have been a great price, but not worth the stress.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t bother ordering. I get it’s a great price, but not worth all the hassle and stress you get from their crappy customer service. They used WIZMO to ship which is a complete unknown.
