I am so pleased with this company! We had a leak coming from a toilet that was running down to our garage ceiling, so we called Regent Restoration to dry it. I was concerned because we had called another water damage contractor prior to calling regent, and they insisted that a bunch of stuff needed to cut out of the ceiling and was already insisting that it was gonna be a big reconstruction job. Low and behold, Regent came and calmed my nerves. They said they would only need to cut out a small portion of the ceiling to extract the water and use their drying equipment to handle the rest of the moisture. No huge house construction work necessary! Very, very, very thankful for Regent Restoration. Their whole team was in and out in about 4 days and I felt like they had my back the entire time.
