When I bought my car, the dealer offered an extended warranty through ASC Warranty. The warranty was to cover anything other than normal wear and tear (tires, etc), and since the car I bought was a Hybrid, it was added onto the warranty to cover anything related to that. That warranty cost me $2000 for one year.
Started having problems with the car almost immediately. Bells dinging, overheating warning flashing. Went in for repairs. Nothing wrong with it. But they found it needed new tie rods. ASC denied it. Had to pay for it myself. Few days later, bells dinging again. Back to a mechanic. They won't check it out without cash up front or ok from warranty co. ASC again denied again. This went on through 5 different mechanics over the course of 2 months. Later, took car in for tires at Firestone. Mechanic found a few things that needed repair (can't remember now) that were covered under warranty. ASC denied again! Then blower motor went out. ASC denied. Windshield motor went out. Yep, you guessed it, ASC denied again. Too bad we can't give ratings below one star because this company would certainly earn that.
Don't waste your money. Look for a better warranty company.
Their customer service motto is "DENY, DENY, DENY"!

Went to order something on Etsy, PayPal pops up and says if you apply for and are accepted for our credit card you will get $20 off this order. So I applied and was accepted but the $20 off NEVER happened. Contacted customer service and Daniela asked me basically to prove it so I copied and pasted the info back to her. After that I got no response until I texted that I was going to complain to sitejabber which she replied to 16 minutes later. Then she said she was going to transfer me to the credit dept and I was back on ignore. It's been well over 10 minutes and I'm still on ignore. I'm so done with this company. Won't use the credit card they gave me after today.

Tip for consumers:
Don't believe them and don't plan on help from customer service

Had to park in 8th and Sycamore LAZ parking lot. Parking lot had huge pit holes, it was in terrible condition. Walked over to attendant to ask pricing, he said well how long are you going to be here? I said 2 minutes. He told me $20! I said are you serious? I'm leaving. He said you're already parked, you need to pay. I left less than 2 minutes later. He charged me $20 for 2 minutes. Complete rip off! I will drive around the block 20 times before ever parking in any LAZ parking lot again.

Bought a Lenovo IdeaPad. Cost with extended warranty well over 1000!
Less than 4 months later, nothing but problems. Spent 2 days with customer service only to find out that I have to send it back for them to repair. It will take at least 3-5 business days before I will even get the return box, then 3-5 days for them to receive this junk back, then another at least 9 business days for them to fix it, then 3-5 days for me to get it back. So it could take a month or more and I have to do without a laptop until it's fixed. I will NEVER buy another Lenovo product.

Ordered 2 quilts from ecrafta.com, adba ema cotton. Add said they were in stock and a conformation email would be sent. Payment went through paypal. Didn't receive conformation or quilts. Emailed company. They sent me a fake conformation number, said quilts were in production. No quilts. Contacted again. And again, And again. Still no quilts. Had my bank stop the payment. Reicieved quilts but they are nothing even resembling the pictures or even a quilt. Cheap thin material sloppily screenprinted to look like a quilt. No return address. Contacted company several times to get a return address to send this garbage back. No response. Filed fraud papers. This company is a scam possibly located in China. Not connected to Paypal, paypal has no record of transaction. They have a long history of fraud/scam that you can see on internet.

I've ordered from Chewy now a couple of times. Website is easy to navigate. Ordering was easy. Everything arrived on time with free shipping! Then, the icing on the cake... customer service sends me an email to see if everything is ok! I call that GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will continue to order from Chewy! Thank you Chewy!

I was trying to plan a cross country trip on Amtrak. Their website was difficult. I tried the virtual assistant which kept repeating the same answers that had nothing to do with my question. No matter how many questions I asked or how many times it just kept repeating non conclusive answers. I can't call due to a hearing disability, so I sent them an email through the website explaining exactly what I needed to know and that I cannot call due to I am deaf so I need answers through email. A week later and still no response. Sent a second letter. Received a generic "Thanks for email we will respond within 5 business days". Another week later with no response. Sent a third email. Received same generic response. Another week later, with still no response. I gave up. A few days later I received a response from them telling me to call them if I wanted answers. WOW! Which part of "I am deaf and cannot call you" did they not understand?!?
After that I researched them and they have mostly negative reviews. I understand why.

This is an update from my previous review. I still have not received my order. Now when I look on the site the date keeps changing as to when my order will ship. Two emails to customer service have not been responded to at all. I did get an email from them saying they received my email and customer service would contact me within 48 hours. That was 4 days ago. Still nothing. I'm not going to waste anymore of my time trying to contact them. I will never ever order from this company again and I will continue to warn people 'Buyer Beware'!

Ordered a gift for a friend's birthday and one for Christmas. They said a conformation email would be sent when my items shipped. A week later I had heard nothing, no conformation whatsoever. Went to website... where's my order... it said one item was backordered. They should have contacted me to let me know that. I sent an email to customer service to see when it would be in stock. They never responded. I went to my friend's birthday empty handed. I have still never received either item. Sent another email to customer service and waiting to see if they even bother to respond. I will never order from this company again, and I will not recommend them to anyone.
