Ordered flowers for tuesday night hospital stay of friend, tried to deliver too early tuesday so no room yet and waited till too late wednesday so already checked out. By time they contacted me was too late to deliver to her home wednesday so flowers now going to be 2 days late and miss the whole point of making hospital room brighter. Would not refund 100% of money instead of late delivery. I will never use again. Nor do i want Riverside Hospital in Columbus to remain or become a partner with this business. I recommend that anyone interested call local florists directly because then you can verify delivery times and practices
