I ordered a very nice plush 3 in 1 hooded scarf by Angela Sale. It arrived a little slow, had a slight chemical smell in a plastic bag. But it washed nice on warm and cold dry. The polyester?/acrylic? Fluffed up nice, soft and pretty snow white color. Great product, but the product had a BIG TRIP AROUND THE USA. I looked at the ship tracking when I received it. It had a label under a label. The top label was USPS- so I tracked it. It started one hour drive from me in Inglewood, CA - then it went to THREE more states- TX, IL and NY- then back to California. Shipping was about $11. I emailed them how ridiculous this was and all I got was a "dear John I don't care" response:

PS my name is NOT CATHY! AND I had sent them the PDF of the tracking from both USPS and their first tracking from CNE Express. I told them this was a big waste of airplane fuel. They did not care at all. See my PDF tracking I sent them:
