“Wrong items - don't trust this company!”

I spent $56+ on two different 1000-pc puzzles. I was shipped two of the same puzzle (not one of the ones I ordered). The company said their policy does not allow them to refund my money unless I return the unwanted puzzles at my own expense (another $20). The company offered a $5 refund. Then they offered $7. Then they offered $8 and said it was their last offer. All I wanted was what I ordered. I have 2 puzzles I don't like, and I'm out $56. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
