Misrepresented inventory - I purchased 5 pairs of jazz shoes from this supplier. It took almost 3 weeks to get the shoes (although in this supplier's defense, I did not place a rush order), and the style sent was NOT what I had ordered. I ended up resoling the shoes ($$$) because I did not have enough time to order the right ones in time for competition. I let the supplier know that her code number for the shoes does not match the company's code number (which is the code number used at every dance store), and since she does not have a description of the shoes on her website, the customer unwittingly orders the wrong shoes! I am hoping she will change her website to correct this misrepresentation. I just wanted to let other dancers know that they need to be VERY careful ordering from this supplier. On the "plus" side, I left a voice mail and email explaining my problem and the supplier did call back...(unusual to actually have human contact when there is a problem).
