Bought on line. Color was not close. Topper was so shiny it looked fake and plastic. Returned for refund. They keep a $30 restocking fee. I was charged $40 customs when it was delivered as well. So I'm out $70. Not a happy experience!

Hi Susan, We appreciate your review. I apologize for the delay in responding, as we just discovered this review site. Our wigs and top pieces are made of high-quality synthetic. Synthetic hair fibers, when new, will have some shine due to their nature. Once the wig or topper has been washed a few times, the shine naturally tones down. It can be very costly to order from outside the US due to the shipping costs and customs fees. Regrettably, we have no control over this. Each country taxes the importation of merchandise differently. We are always happy to ship internationally and hope our customers will understand the costs that may be associated with ordering outside of the country and will keep this in mind when placing an order.
