I've purchased numerous things from RR over the years — typically in their bricks and mortar stores. I purchased a flown caftan on their website, selecting the size I always wear in Roller Rabbit. The piece came and was HUGE — massively HUGE. Would have fit a 250 lb woman. I sent 3 e-mails to customer service sharing the sizing issue, and received no replies. Since the caftan was marked a final sale, I wasn't looking for a refund, but I had hoped for a store credit. Instead I got crickets. Their lack of response summed it all up for me. We (their buyers) are just a means to an end — a cut and dry transaction. As a result, I will NEVE EVER invest in another RR item.
