It's basically a small fan you add water to. The charge doesn't last long (and no plug to just plug in?) and it only cools if you're close to it and it's blowing on you, and it's not much. My old oscillating fan works better! I did request to return the items and they offered me 20% which isn't what I wanted. They finally responded with what to do to get a refund but I am not optimistic I will get my money back. I did send the items to the address provided and placed a copy of the correspondence in the box as instructed but I have no way of tracking it. Odd way to process refunds and not a good practice. After researching the company more, there are a lot of bad reviews. I think during my initial research I must have stumbled on and fallen for fake positive reviews. Do not buy this portable AC. There are better, legit products out there.

I made a mistake ordering three swim suits from Beachsissi. 1. It took much longer to receive the items than "advertised" because they are shipped from China via USPS. I did take the pandemic into consideration. It took months to receive these suits. 2. The 15 day return policy is not a fair policy. It should be 30. They finally arrived while I was out of town and by the time I returned it was too late to return them. 3. The suit sizes are odd. Some tops were too big while the bottoms too small, then vice versa. It's almost like the bottoms/tops weren't pair properly but marked the same size. So, none of the suits I ordered fit me. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed in my purchase. I will not be purchasing from this merchant again and I recommend others don't even give them a try. Based on the number of bad reviews, hopefully people will avoid this merchant. Support local retailers instead!
