It is obvious that this company has no personnel to deliver the service they offer. All the work she takes to Lithuania for her sister to make.In my order children dresses from the sketch I brought was designed absolutely wrong from the very beginning. The tailor took the the pattern for the dress with sleeves to make my sleeves dresses. It resulted into an absolutely ugly dress that is not fitted so we needed to change it hundred times. When we achieved the result in the sample in 3-4 months Zhana Zareva the tailor made the dresses according to the unchanged patterns! As if we spent 4 months just having fun and not adjusting them. The other dresses were from velvet with golden embroidery were absolutely in awful condition given to me without lining in the sleeves and and bad overlock and threads coming off! When I asked for a refund her husband called me and started threatening me. I am very disappointed in the service of this lady. When we started she had a seamstress but when she fired her it became clear she cannot do the job herself! All 2expensive work she is taking to her sister and it is done for her in Lithuania. Bad in terms of time and in quality. Never recommend to anyone.

I am a designer and for my project velvet dresses with golden embroidery I started work with TINA SAUNDERS the founder of Needles & Sparkles Wivenhoe UK I have never seen such a horrible work! All threads are coming off! The images are distorted! Crystals fell off! Horrible rude attitude! Unreliable in terms of time. She completely ruined the velvet dresses and denied it. She kept them for 5 months and gave them back to me without fixing and refused to give even a penny for a refund! That is the quote from TINA SAUNDERS EMAIL " I have repeatedly stated my position with regards to yourself and what is becoming harassment, it is not welcome. I request that you stop all communication with me. To be clear I have found you to be highly unprofessional from the very first time we communicated, nothing you supplied was of a standard I am used to working with, perhaps this is your idea of couture:

I am absolutely dissatisfied with selling on Ebay. First of all, you can sell only almost for nothing the lowest imaginable cost and when you get ebay fees and paypal fees deducted you get nothing at all! Open your eyes! EBAY support team is no use at all. They don't even try to investigate the matter and continue sending to you the same template answers word by word giving even wrong information about the date of the listing that caused problem and have no idea what was wrong with it that it was removed and my account banned forever. The only answer you get in each email is that this is permanent decision. So I did investigation mysleff. I listed my item as usual with photos and full description and got the confirmation email with a gallery photo in it. The next morning I found 2 emails saying that I don't have photos in my listing and 2-d saying that I am indefinitely restricted in selling in this category. Can you imagine my shock? Now it is so funny really to make them see that I have as a proof the email confirming my listing that it had all the photos and the gallery photo to make them acknowledge that there was a technical mistake that had no connection to me. I feel like talking to the wall! I got NO SUPPORT! NO EXPLANATION! NO HELP! Amazingly unhelpful and blind customer service! And how funny they don't give you their full names only Simon B., Janey O. So you cannot even identify them.
